A holistically reimagined construction process, consisting of a unique blend of Biaxial, Uni-Directional and Plain Weave into our proprietary Carbon Monocoque – connecting masttrack and stance to rails and bottom, forming a cohesive whole – as well as a full S-Glass hull, enables us to now craft boards identical to our custom boards built on Maui. An tailored Hyper Skin sandwich layout creates the ultimate strength to weight ratio. S-Glass rail bands provide ideal torsional strength, without adding weight or reducing flex.

Improved efficiency and volume distribution with reduced friction and increased waterflow allowed us to augment the overall curve of the board and shorten the new Custom Quad without losing any of the lengthier previous generation’s fastness. Putting us deeper into the most critical section of the wave, right where we want to be, but with more speed and turnability under our feet.
